Welcome to Spinecare Chiropractic’s Salisbury clinic. Our Salisbury clinic first opened in 2004 and since then has been helping our clients from Salisbury, Gawler and the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide reach their health goals and achieve a better standard of spinal health and wellbeing. We are a family based practice and our resident Salisbury chiropractor, Dr. Hayden Belle cares for patients of all ages from the first days of life to patients well within their 80′s and even 90′s!

My own chiropractic story begins from my own childhood as I was lucky enough to grow up with my father being a chiropractor. My father told me that I received my first chiropractic adjustment from him in the first few weeks after I was born. I often joke with him why he waited so long! Growing up with chiropractic care for me is the most normal thing in the world and when I look back now feel extremely fortunate my father is a chiropractor. My own personal health as a result of growing up with chiropractic care has always been great. I certainly wish that now I am also a chiropractor myself, can pass that same optimal spinal and nervous system health onto my current and future chiropractic families and patients.

After graduating from Melbourne’s RMIT University in 2005, I returned to Adelaide and began my chiropractic career at our Aberfoyle Park practice. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Aberfoyle Park Chiropractic Center and it’s fantastic to know it’s still in great hands today. In 2007 I spread my wings and joined one of Europe’s largest chiropractic groups, Glasgow Chiropractic in Scotland. Being a chiropractor in the United Kingdom was such an experience and chiropractic in a lot of ways is certainly different to chiropractic care here in Australia. I was also privileged enough to work with Buchanan Chiropractic in Edinburgh in 2010 before deciding to return home to Australia at the end of that year.

It’s been with great honour and pleasure that in 2011 I have been able to take over the reins at Spinecare Salisbury. I feel my return to Adelaide was definitely the best move for me and I intend to establish myself within the Salisbury and northern suburbs of Adelaide for many years to come.

Jessica Newman – Office Manager/Chiropractic Assistant

Jessica or as we fondly know her as, ‘Jess’ is our most experienced chiropractic assistant and office manager here at Spinecare Salisbury. Her own chiropractic story began when she was 12 years old when her mum took her to see a chiropractor after a nasty fall. Fortunately for Jess, the chiropractor at the time was able to assess the damage done from the accident and provide the appropriate treatment. Soon enough Jess was able to resume all her normal daily activities and socialise as she always had! From that original accident through to today, Jess still recieves chiropractic care on an maintenance basis.

Jess is also a qualified chef and spent time working in some high class hotel kitchens in Adelaide, the Northern Suburbs and also in the Barossa Valley. After years of working in the kitchen and managing a team of chefs she brings that experience and passion to our Salisbury chiropractic clinic. We also sometimes get a pretty good lunch!

Gina Benincasa – Chiropractic Assistant

Spinecare Salisbury welcomed Gina to our practice in January 2011 and she has been a great addition to our clinic. Always with a bright bubbly smile and hello on your welcome into our practice, Gina makes your every visit a lovely experience.

Gina’s own chiropractic background is from South Africa, where she grew up in the city of Johannesburg. After receiving chiropractic care for the first time at the age of 16, Gina’s love of chiropractic began. For the first time the chiropractor was able to provide an appropriate assessment and treatment. Her passion and own personal positive experience and story with chiropractic care makes Gina a fantastic person to have with us at Spinecare Chiropractic Salisbury.

Gina is also currently studying a Masters of Accounting degree at Flinders University. With her extra knowledge on accounting we can always expect the books to balance at the end of the day!
