Chiropractic has had a very strong influence on my life since a very early age. I became a chiropractor myself as a result of my experience with chiropractic from a young age.

When I was a child I would stop breathing intermittently whilst sleeping which was a source of great distress for my parents. I underwent trials of treatment including prescription drugs and antibiotics. It was also decided that my tonsils and adenoids should be removed to assist with my breathing. After the operation I became susceptible to ear infections, neck aches and headaches. Chiropractic helped lower the frequency and severity of these infections and vastly reduce my neck aches and headaches.

Later in life when I became more physically active with athletics, football and martial arts, chiropractic was the only way I felt completely balanced. Today it is the force that allows me to push myself as hard as possible when exercising.

After graduating with my chiropractic degree from Macquarie University, I worked in the vascular field as a theatre nurse, wound care specialist, sonographer and research coordinator. After being taught by Sydney’s finest surgeons I decided to get back to a world of less invasive and drug-free healing.

After working in clinics in Sydney and Melbourne, I have moved to Adelaide to be part of the Spinecare family where I feel I can grow even further and continue to give patients the highest possible level of care.
