Welcome to our Golden Grove clinic, my name is Dr. Kristin Rappold. I graduated from RMIT University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science degrees. I began my chiropractic career practicing in the northern suburbs of Adelaide and I have been involved with Spinecare Golden Grove since 2008 and as a partner since 2009. Throughout my career I have remained a proud and active member of the Chiropractor’s Associations and the Australian Spinal Research Foundation. Each year I have continued to build on my education so that I can provide you with the latest and most up to date information and care. I am currently studying for my certification in the wellness and prevention lifestyle program and I am excited what this information means for you and the Golden Grove community. Understanding your initial treatment goals and overall long term health goals is essential in providing you with the highest quality treatment. I love working in private practice in Adelaide as it means I get to work with a variety of people of different backgrounds and ages. My youngest client ever was only 5 days old the very first time I saw him as a patient and the oldest was 97! Seeing my patients go from strength to strength under chiropractic care is what I love most about being a chiropractor.

As a chiropractic patient myself I was introduced to chiropractic care when I was 9 years old. I was originally referred to a chiropractor by my general practitioner which turned out to be a changing point in my life. Chiropractic care as a result has played a major role in the direction of my own life and health paradigm. I am dedicated to helping you benefit from chiropractic care not only in a painful crisis situation but also as a tool for overall health and prevention. My approach to chiropractic involves strategies that will benefit your health in the short and long term. Chiropractic is one of the fastest growing health professions and I am so excited to be a part of it and pleased that I get to work with a team of motivated and inspirational chiropractors and chiropractic assistants.

Kathryn Huggins – Chiropractic Assistant / Office Manager
My name is Kathryn but clients refer to me as Kat. I have been working as a chiropractic assistant at Spinecare Chiropractic Golden Grove since 2009 and I have recently taken on the role of office manager. Previously I worked in hospitality for 7 years and have worked in many of Adelaide’s pubs and restaurants. When the opportunity came to work as a chiropractic assistant at Spinecare Golden Grove, I jumped at the chance. Working with Dr. Rappold has educated me on the fantastic benefits of chiropractic care, not only in the clinic but how it can play an integral part of our overall health.

Since receiving my first chiropractic adjustment, innately my body has improved as well as my quality of my life. I have noticed vast improvements in my posture, movement, sleeping and energy levels as well as helping to keep my mind and body at its optimal level. Spinecare Chiropractic Golden Grove has given me the opportunity to further my knowledge in healthcare and use our great educational tools in the clinic to create a better understanding of chiropractic and wellness.
